Who needs a mouse to drag and drop?

Here is a really cool demo video where “Jeff Han and Phil Davidson demonstrate how a multi-touch driven computer screen will change the way we work and play”. It’s a little long but I was still mesmerized by it. Thanks to Robert Scoble for posting it

So this is where Letterman gets his material!

Tenspotting is a site where you can create your own top ten lists and publish them on your blog or website. For some additional amusement you can peruse other peoples top ten lists. Here’s a demo showing how to make a list.

Do it your way with Jubii

Jubii has yet to be released, but from the demo on the homepage it seems that it’s one place to do everything, your way. Organize email, keep up with your friends, store your photos, yada yada yada. Actually, the video really enticed me and the music in the background was so dramatic it left me thinking, “this is going to be cool!”. I know there’s a lot more going on here then email and photo storage but there’s no darn pause or stop button on the demo and I just don’t have the time to go back and watch it over and over. Here’s a sneak peek of Jubii.

More instant messaging anyone? Here's Mabber

Mabber is a “mobile application that lets you chat and send messages wherever you are”. While this isn’t the only service out there that does this, it’s one of the only ones that shows you how to use it. Here is a group of demos from Mabber.

8apps, a social network that won't get you fired

8apps claims to be “the social network that’s OK to use at work”. Right now it appears that there are 3 of the 8 apps available to check out if you get an invite to their private beta. Handshake, a place for you to add contacts and send messages, Blueprint, for collaborative brainstorming, and Orchestrate, for your task manager. They have a video demo up on their homepage but I’m going to link to the YouTube version as it’s much easier to see.
