Guest Screencast Spotlight: Rememble

Rememble gives you a place to store all of “your digital bits and pieces” on a timeline that you can share with friends and family.  They call it a “washing line” and it can be used to store text, pictures, videos, and audio clips.  You can share each piece of your digital life with whomever you choose and upload content right from your mobile phone.  I came across this Rememble screencast on YouTube yesterday and went to the site today to see what it was all about.  I thought about creating my own screencast of Rememble, but after watching Gavin’s screencast I figured I would just share his.  He does an excellent job explaining what Rememble is all about and how to get started.  Here’s the screencast:

Turn you and your friends into e-card freaks with MushyGushy

MushyGushy is a site where you can create animated e-cards, called GushyGrams, and customize them with your own cut out head. They have GushyGrams for most occasions and you can even add your friends head to make it more fun. They provide you with the tools to cut out and place the heads right onto the tiny little bodies and you can save the heads in your “head case” so you can create future GushyGrams in minutes. I tried out MushyGushy a few days ago and decided to create this demo after reading Allen’s post noting that he was sad that they didn’t provide a live demo at the NY Tech Meetup. Here’s my screencast tour of MushyGushy:
